Jim Thiele

PRESIDENT

Jim Thiele has over 40 years of experience in the electrical and electronic security industries, starting his career as an Inside Electrical Apprentice in 1980 and graduating from the Colorado Springs JATC in 1984. Jim has been with BW since 1988 and assumed the role of President in 1998. In addition to his role at BW, Jim serves on multiple industry boards and committees. These include Southern Colorado NECA (National Electrical Contractors Association), Colorado Springs and Denver (VDV) Apprenticeship Training Committees, and multiple NECA committees and task forces.

Jacob Thiele

NORTH DIVISION MANAGER

Jacob Thiele joined BW as an assistant project manager in 2014, rising through the ranks as a project manager, senior project manager, North Division Manager, and now Vice President. Jacob has over 10 years of leadership and industry experience and is responsible for the growth and development of the Northern Colorado Region, including the Denver Metro area.

Steve Cress

VICE PRESIDENT & DIRECTOR OF SALES

Steve Cress has over 40 years of experience in sales and sales management, with over 20 years of his experience being in the electronic security industry. Steve started at BW in 2003 as Director of Sales and is responsible for developing sales and helping to establish strategies for growing the business. Steve was promoted to the role of Vice President in 2011, while still retaining his Director of Sales role.
